Tokyo and Rotterdam – 29 October 2015. MACROMILL, a global provider of consumer insights and marketing analytics solutions today announces one executive appointment. Shinichiro Oka as Chief Human Resources Officer will be joining the global leadership team based in Tokyo Japan.

New CHRO, Shinichiro Oka has 24 years of experience in Human Resources. He started his professional career at Toshiba Corporation, Japan as HR associate in 1991. After 11 years at Toshiba Corp, he joined United Technologies Corporation (UTC) and relocated to Singapore. At UTC, he obtained several important leadership roles including Regional HR Director for the Asia Pacific Operation. In 2008, he returned Japan to join IBM as HR Director for Global Business Services and Recruitment. He has also worked at IBM World Headquarters in NY, USA leading global executive talent development. Prior to joining MACROMILL, he was with Coca-Cola Japan as Director, Human Resources & Strategic Business Partner.
