Job Responsibilities:

• Set up customer projects in the Portal (Ops tool) and SAP (ERP) using the documentation received from the Sales team.
• Review the contracts and any other supporting documents in order to ensure accuracy & completeness of the booking.
• Ensuring proper categorization and alignment with organizational standard of the booking.
• Participate to month-end close activities, including revenue recognition in a timely and accurate manner.
• Monitor unbilled projects in scope and coordinate with Client Managers or Sales to help resolve pending issues.
• Prepare various billing & revenue reconciliation reports.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Master’s Degree in Accounting, Business or Finance.
• Up to 2 years experience in finance operations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Experience or Knowledge about SAP ByD, MS-Office tools like excel, word would be advantageous.
