The primary objective of the Client Partner role is to drive and support the achievement of sales and business development objectives from an assigned mix of existing and new clients, and to achieve Personal and Team Bookings goals.
You will: arrange & develop input for client meetings, develop proposals for both research technology solutions as well as full-service consultative research projects that reflect the business requirements of clients, work with the research team to successfully deliver projects (arrange kick-off meetings, review research reports / storytelling, co-present insights to clients in a clear and inspiring way), build & grow lasting client relationships, getting support as needed from Impact Consultants and your wider commercial team mates.
This is also a role, where you work closely with, and learn from, Senior Client Partners or Group Commercial Directors:
- To think strategically about how to grow existing and new clients
- Persuade clients through consultative selling
- Implement strategies that drive improved (senior) client relationships
- Actively support and participate in pitches
- Manage personal pipeline and forecast
Your experience:
- 7+ years’ experience in market research in a research agency or client side role Is commercial in thinking and doing
- Specific experience in brand tracking and creative pre-testing
- Is able to understand client needs and demands in a research context
- Has excellent active listening skills
- Has solid knowledge of research methodology and content
- Has excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop effective working relationships with both internal partners and external clients
- Is a great communicator; written and verbal
- Is a compelling storyteller
- Is an insights provider
- Is hands-on and proactive

Collaborate with talented people: Nothing is more exciting than getting to work collaboratively with colleagues on impactful projects.
- Guide and mentor junior team members to ensure that client objectives are met and insights delivered.
Act as a key point of contact (Client Management): You will interact with all stakeholders, both internally and externally on a day-to-day basis. You excel at providing clear communication to answer client questions, advising clients to proactively address needs and solving business problems that drive client satisfaction. Accountability for client success is something you pride yourself on.
