Mobile Shopper Mission was perfect for this project. We used a short mobile survey to measure shelf impact.
Having purchased the product, shoppers then evaluated product satisfaction and utility of the new pack in their homes in a second survey.
Pictures of how consumers used packs and products were especially valuable.
The new pouch format proved to be a winner – it had standout and findability, and was easy to open and cook. There was positive response to taste and texture too.
