28 October 2020 – MetrixLab has reorganized its North American leadership and global teams to further accelerate a number of key strategic initiatives for 2021 and beyond. This was brought on by a successful period which allowed the company to focus and execute on its key strengths: Supporting global accounts in today’s market environment with technology driven agile solutions and domain expertise. Several key players were instrumental in driving this success, resulting in promotions to the leadership team. Aaron Peck will become President and Managing Director for North America, leading all North America operations. Aaron has worked in the commercial team since joining MetrixLab in May 2016. For the past 18 months he has led commercial and client strategy in the market. His research career spans 25 years, starting as an analyst before rising to senior client and business leadership roles. He says: “I have been preparing for a role like this throughout my entire career, and I can’t wait to get started. I couldn’t be surrounded by a higher impact team, both in the US and globally. We are focused on accelerating the growth of the US market over the next year, and are doubling down our efforts to support and activate these opportunities further. These leadership appointments are a clear example.” Jasen Holness will become Executive Vice President (EVP) for Commercial and Key Account Strategy, North America. He will be responsible for driving the US Commercial team and managing select strategic accounts. He says: “We here at MetrixLab are poised to have real impact on our clients and the marketplace, and in my new role I’m so excited about the possibilities we have before us, but also energized by challenges we face in our journey to the next level.” Kevin Moran, who has been President and Managing Director of the North American operation since July 2019, will lead a key segment as EVP Global Alcohol & Beverages Segment reporting directly to the Global CEO. Kevin will bring his extensive experience as a strategic advisor and research partner to better support existing clients in this key sector and drive further growth across global markets. Michelle de Montigny is promoted to EVP Global Accounts, also reporting directly to the Global CEO. In this role, she will lead the global key partner accounts, managing a team of experienced leaders and experts. She made great impact in building several global accounts of the past years and will now oversee this strategic part of the business. Global CEO Thijs Elias says: “Both before and during COVID-19 we have seen a great uptake in our global account business in the areas of creative testing, brand tracking, packaging and digital qualitative research, and across various segments including Alcohol & Beverage. Aaron, Jasen, Kevin and Michelle had a major impact on these successes, and I am very happy that they are responsible for further driving that strategy.” About MetrixLab MetrixLab provides consumer insights that drive smarter business decisions.
